My answer to We are planning to install a water purifier for our office building. Which is the best one?
Answer by BlueLife India:
The usual consumption in office environment per person per day is 2 Litres. Based on your requirement, 150 persons x 2 Litres is equals to 300 Litres. Add visitors and few other seasonal demand/requirement as another 100 to 200 Litres. Your estimated consumption per day is 500 Litres on higher side of consumption.
Here, you need to look into convenience too in serving water to all persons, you need to check distribution possibilities and pantry, higher consumption times like breakfast and lunch time etc., especially you need to check your pantry consumption.
You can have four purifiers based on per floor consumption, with dispensers is one idea in serving your need, good option.
Having one higher capacity purifier and distribution thru pipelines and dispensers is another idea (may cause for secondary contamination due to pipeline leakages/ long time stagnation in pipelines during holidays and non-working hours).
We have purifiers in different capacities…
BlueLife TulipsRED (or) Hydrant:
- 15 Litres per Hour Purification capacity, 75 Litres maximum duty cycle per day.
- 75 x 4 Units = 300 Litres per day
BlueLife Emerald (without storage):
- 25 Litres per hour purification capacity, 125 Litres maximum duty cycle.
- 125 x 4 Units = 500 Litres per day
BlueLife Sapphire (without storage):
- 50 Litres per hour purification capacity, 250 Litres maximum duty cycle.
- 250 x 2 Units = 500 Litres per day
